1931年にガブリエル・ジョージ・ダントン氏によってフランスで創設されたワークウエアブランド。
主にカバーオール・ジャケット、ブルゾンやパンツの作業着と、 料理人やレストランスタッフ向けのジャケットとパンツ、 ガーデニング用のエプロン等を製造していた。
1970年代中旬頃から90年代までパリ市内を含む多くの行政やパリ地下鉄を司るP.A.T.P社、フランス国鉄S.N.C.F社などへの制服や作業服を納めていた由緒あるブランドです。
