於當地製作耐穿且觸感優良的棉料。

大自然中所培育的棉每年成長的速度都不相同，
在成為製品前的洗淨加工時，會計算每年的收縮率，
使版型收縮至同樣的最佳尺寸。 

將完製良好的棉衣成品送至日本後，
職人細心費時的手工染製，
形成飽和而富含深度的靛藍色，
顏料經由著穿者不同的使用方式，
日曬、洗滌而產生不同深淺的色落，
享受顏色變化的樂趣。
